Help United Solutions deliver client projects with clear ownership, reliable coordination, and visible progress. As a Delivery Manager, you will bring together clients, engineering teams, designers, and specialists to turn agreed goals into working outcomes. You will manage plans, dependencies, risks, and communication across software and AI initiatives while supporting effective decisions, maintaining delivery quality, and keeping teams focused on the next meaningful milestone.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain delivery plans covering scope, milestones, team capacity, and dependencies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve blockers across client and internal workstreams.
Track delivery risks, budgets, and scope changes, bringing decisions to the right stakeholders.
Keep clients informed through concise reporting on progress, outcomes, and actions needed.
Coordinate testing, release readiness, handover, and improvements to the delivery process.
Qualifications
Experience managing software delivery, technology consulting projects, or cross-functional programs.
Ability to plan work, manage dependencies, and maintain progress when priorities change.
Experience tracking project budgets, team capacity, delivery risks, and scope changes.
Strong client communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with iterative delivery methods and the evaluation needs of AI-enabled products.
