Accessibility Statement

On this page

Last updated: September 15, 2026

United Solutions Sp. z o.o. ("United Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to improving access to its corporate website for people with disabilities. This statement explains our accessibility target, current conformance status, and how to request assistance.

Scope

This statement covers the public pages, forms, and downloadable content we control at unitedsolutionsltd.com. It does not cover separate products such as TimeMe or United Solutions Academy, customer platforms, or independently operated websites. Accessibility information for those services should be obtained from their operators.

Accessibility target

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1), Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines address how people with disabilities perceive, navigate, understand, and interact with web content.

Accessibility improvement priorities

Our accessibility priorities include:

  • Keyboard access, visible focus, logical navigation, and a way to skip repeated content.
  • Clear headings, descriptive links, and accessible names for buttons and controls.
  • Readable contrast, text resizing, zoom, and adaptable page layouts.
  • Clear form labels, instructions, and error messages.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible alternatives for relevant media.
  • Compatibility with assistive technologies and support for reduced motion preferences.

We plan to combine automated checks with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, prioritize barriers that prevent access to information or contact options, and verify corrections after changes.

Limitations and external content

A complete account of accessibility limitations will depend on a documented website evaluation. Downloadable files, media, and embedded third-party services may require additional accessibility support. Please contact us about any barrier you encounter.

External website operators manage their own accessibility. Where a third-party component forms part of our website, we will review reported barriers and work with the provider or discuss an accessible alternative. This does not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Email: contact@unitedsolutionsltd.com

Suggested subject: Accessibility support

You can email us directly if a website form is difficult to use. You may also write to United Solutions Sp. z o.o., Aleja 29 Listopada 130, 31-406 Kraków, Poland.

Please describe the page or document, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way to receive a response. Browser or assistive technology details and screenshots can help, but are optional. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical records.

We will review your request and aim to respond as soon as reasonably practicable. If you need an alternative format or another way to access information or contact our team, we will discuss an appropriate accessible option with you. Please tell us about any relevant deadline.

We handle personal information in accessibility requests as described in our Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Share only the information needed to explain the barrier and the assistance you need.

Further review and your rights

If our response does not address your concern, reply to the same email address and request further review. You may exercise your legal rights or contact a competent authority without first using this feedback process.

This statement describes website accessibility. It does not create a separate service-level agreement or amend a signed customer contract. Our Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) apply to website use to the extent applicable. Nothing in this statement excludes or limits rights, remedies, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Assessment and updates

Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA has not been verified. We will update this statement to reflect material website changes and documented assessment results, including assessment dates, confirmed limitations, and improvements. The date above records the latest revision of this statement.
