Help United Solutions and its clients build products that address meaningful business and user needs. As a Product Manager, you will guide discovery, define priorities, and work with design and engineering teams to deliver and improve digital products. You will connect customer insight, commercial goals, and delivery constraints, using evidence to decide where software, automation, and AI can create measurable value.
Responsibilities
Investigate customer needs, business objectives, and existing workflows through research and data.
Define product outcomes, success metrics, and a roadmap tied to the most valuable opportunities.
Prioritize features and experiments with clear rationale, assumptions, and expected impact.
Partner with design and engineering to shape requirements and evaluate product trade-offs.
Review adoption, user feedback, and performance after release to guide further investment.
Qualifications
Experience managing digital products from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement.
Ability to combine qualitative research and quantitative evidence when making product decisions.
Experience defining product metrics, prioritizing roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of software development and practical applications and limitations of AI.
Clear communication and the ability to align stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
