About the Role
Design clear, usable experiences for products where people and AI agents work together. As an Agentic Designer at United Solutions, you will translate complex workflows into interfaces that help users understand progress, review decisions, and take action confidently. You will combine research, interaction design, and prototyping to make agent behavior understandable across routine tasks, approvals, exceptions, and recovery from errors.
Responsibilities
Research user needs and map journeys across human actions, agent actions, and business systems.
Design interfaces for task setup, progress tracking, approvals, results, and exception handling.
Prototype interactions that explain agent actions and provide useful controls at decision points.
Develop accessible layouts, reusable components, and interaction patterns with engineering teams.
Test designs with users and refine them using observed behavior and product feedback.
Qualifications
Experience designing digital products, complex workflows, or enterprise software.
A portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, and clear reasoning behind design decisions.
Proficiency in Figma, interactive prototyping, and working with design systems.
Understanding of accessibility and the usability challenges of AI-driven experiences.
Ability to collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineers from discovery through delivery.
