About the Role
Help United Solutions clients make AI a practical part of everyday work. As an AI Adoption Officer, you will assess current processes, tools, knowledge, and team readiness, then guide adoption through focused pilots, hands-on training, and ongoing support. You will work with leaders and delivery teams to prioritize useful opportunities, establish clear operating rules, and measure improvements in productivity, quality, and organizational capacity.
Responsibilities
Assess team workflows, existing AI tools, knowledge sources, and readiness for adoption.
Build phased adoption plans with clear priorities, owners, success measures, and dependencies.
Coordinate pilots with engineering teams and evaluate results before expanding their use.
Deliver practical training using participants' real tasks, systems, and working environments.
Establish guidance for tool access, information handling, human review, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Qualifications
Experience leading technology adoption, organizational change, digital transformation, or operational improvement.
Practical experience applying AI tools to business or engineering workflows.
Ability to assess processes and connect adoption initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Strong facilitation, training, and communication skills across leadership and delivery teams.
Sound judgment about AI limitations, data handling, approval requirements, and escalation paths.
