About the Role
Help United Solutions turn business processes into clear requirements for AI and agentic systems. As an Agentic BA (Business Analyst), you will work with clients and delivery teams to understand how work happens today, identify practical automation opportunities, and define what successful execution looks like. You will connect business goals with workflows, data needs, decision rules, human approvals, and measurable acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
Run stakeholder interviews and workshops to map processes, bottlenecks, and business objectives.
Document agent workflows, including inputs, actions, decision points, approvals, and exception handling.
Define requirements for business context, data access, integrations, and user permissions.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation scenarios with engineering and QA teams.
Validate delivered workflows with users and measure their effect on time, quality, and operational capacity.
Qualifications
Experience in business analysis for software products, consulting engagements, or process improvement.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and process models.
Working understanding of AI agents, APIs, business systems, and common automation limitations.
Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting user acceptance testing.
Clear communication, structured thinking, and confidence working with technical and business stakeholders.
