About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of our largest clients in the EdTech industry. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently engage with C-level stakeholders.
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record in the EdTech domain. The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in technology or education sectors
Technical proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams
Hands-on experience with EdTech interoperability standards: LTI, SCORM, xAPI
Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level; IELTS/TOEFL certification is a plus)
Confidence in leading meetings with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and product development cycles
Strong documentation skills, including writing clear epics, use cases, and user stories
Exceptional organizational abilities and self-management in remote work settings
Collaborative mindset, capable of bridging business and technical perspectives
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps in alignment with client objectives
Monitor and control scope changes, ensuring project focus and delivery timelines are maintained
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment
Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive requirement specifications to support accurate implementation
Ensure accessibility standards are embedded in product design and included in the Definition of Done for all user stories
Lead workshops and presentations, guiding stakeholders through discovery, planning, and solution design
Support engineering teams with all necessary documentation and context for smooth execution
Be available for business travel, as required by project needs
